AgileDocs provides a knowledge operations platform that enables organizations to create, govern, and publish structured documentation and AI-ready content. Our services include web-based tools for content management, editorial workflows, and knowledge delivery through standard protocols.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree to use AgileDocs only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use our services to distribute harmful, misleading, or unlawful content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service; or reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the platform.
The AgileDocs platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by AgileDocs and protected by intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you.
Your use of AgileDocs is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and the service may be temporarily unavailable due to factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgileDocs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
