What we do with your content

You send us raw documentation. A senior editor reviews and restructures it into AI-readable articles. We host the articles in a workspace your team and your AI tools can read. That's the whole scope.

Your content is never used to train AI models. It is never resold, shared with advertisers, or loaded into any third-party system without your written request.

What we don't do

We do not train AI on your content. AgileDocs never calls a large language model.
We do not sell, rent, or share your content with third parties.
We do not publish your articles publicly without your approval.
We do not track individual reader behavior for advertising purposes.
We do not store payment information on our servers. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor.

Where your content lives

Your content is hosted on US-based cloud infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is limited to the senior editor assigned to your engagement and the operational staff who keep the service running.

Enterprise plans include private hosting options for teams with stricter residency or isolation requirements.

Your rights

You own your content. Everything you send us, and everything we produce from it, belongs to you. We hold a limited license only to host and edit the material while you are a customer.
You can export anytime. Full exports of your structured articles are available on request and delivered within 5 business days.
You can cancel anytime. Plans bill monthly. After cancellation we retain your hosted workspace for 30 days so you have time to migrate, then we delete it.
NDAs and DPAs. We sign your standard NDA before work begins. Data Processing Agreements are available for all plans.
30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 30 days of signup, we refund your first month in full.
