What happens after I sign up?

We confirm your signup within one business day and send your first invoice ($299 for month one). Once payment clears, we share a secure link for you to send us your initial docs and onboarding starts.

How do I send my docs?

Whatever's easiest: a shared folder (Google Drive, Notion, Confluence, SharePoint, Dropbox), direct file uploads, or read-only access to your existing source. We accept PDFs, Markdown, Word, plain text, HTML, README files, transcripts, or links to live pages.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?

Yes. Starter comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within the first 30 days, we refund your first month in full.

Will you sign an NDA before I send my docs?

Yes. We sign your standard NDA before any content changes hands. If you don't have one, we can provide a mutual NDA.

What counts as "an article update"?

A normal editorial pass: copy edits, structural improvements, metadata updates, version-bump revisions, clarifying language, fixing inconsistencies. New article creation from scratch and ground-up rewrites are scoped separately as add-ons.

What if I need more articles edited than my plan allows?

Two options. Upgrade to the next tier, or buy additional updates a la carte at $75 per article. We'll flag it before you go over.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans bill monthly with no long-term contract. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.

What happens to my content if I cancel?

You keep everything. We deliver a full export of all your structured articles within 5 business days. Your hosted workspace stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation so you have time to migrate.

Who is the editor doing the work?

A senior technical writer and editor with software documentation experience. AgileDocs is built behind a single editorial standard, not a marketplace of freelancers, so what your team sees from day one is what you'll keep getting.

Can I speak with a current customer?

Yes. Customer references are available to qualified buyers under NDA. After a discovery conversation and a mutual NDA, we can introduce you to a current customer for a 30-minute reference call.

Will you train AI on my content?

No. AgileDocs never sends your content to AI providers for training. Your team's AI tools can read from your hosted workspace, but we don't share your content with anyone else.

Where is my content hosted?

US-based cloud infrastructure, encrypted at rest and in transit, with restricted access. Private hosting is available on Enterprise plans.

Will you sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?

Yes. Standard DPAs are available for all plans. Custom DPAs for regulated industries on Enterprise.

What does "AI-readable" actually mean?

Each article carries structured metadata: version, audience, owner, freshness date, confidence level, and citations. When an AI tool retrieves the article, it knows what context applies, what's approved, and what to cite.

Do I need to be technical to use AgileDocs?

No. You send raw content in any format and we handle the structuring. Your team uses the AI tools you already have (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.) — no new platform to learn.
